Your Privacy Settings allow you to manage who can see and message you on the system.
To find this, click 'Me' in the top right corner, then 'My Privacy Settings'.
Visibility
The visibility choices are accessed by clicking the drop down box, and are as follows:
1) Visible to all users from all organisations - everyone on the system can see you.
2) Visible to users only from my organisation - only members from your organisation (on the system) can see you when searching for people. This means external coaches won't be able to find you, nor users from other organisations.
3) Hidden from all users - no one can find you on the system except the system administration team.
Who can Message me?
Below your visibility settings are the messaging settings, displayed as a tick box.
If this is ticked, users that apply to your visibility settings can message you on the system.
If this is unticked, no one can message you except the administration team.
