When you are completing a Coaching or Mentoring Request, you can add up to 5 people to a shortlist so that these can be reviewed later.

When completing a Coaching or Mentoring Request, there will be a field entitled 'Shortlisted Coaches', you can select 'Add to Shortlist' and browse the people currently available in mye-coach.

You can browse through the people in your network and add up to 5 of these to your shortlist.

The shortlisted Coaches / Mentors selected will then be added to the request and can be selected or removed.
